Baji Terms & Conditions — Rules and Conditions of Use

By accessing the baji platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions described below. These terms have been drafted in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and apply to all registered members. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and the update date will be noted when changes are made. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at baji, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and any such activity detected may result in the suspension of the accounts involved. Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility; do not share your password with anyone. We may request identity documents or other paperwork for account verification when necessary.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT and can be made through local payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and can be viewed after logging into the platform. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if the account has not been fully verified. Deposited funds can only be withdrawn through the same account used to make the deposit. If any suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, we reserve the right to temporarily freeze the account and funds.

Gaming Rules & Fair Use

All games and betting activities on the platform must be conducted honestly and according to your own judgment. Attempting to gain an advantage through software bots, automation tools, hacking, or system manipulation of any kind is strictly prohibited. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits may result in account suspension. All betting outcomes are determined based on the rules and systems of the respective game provider and shall be considered final. Liability & Limitations

The baji platform always strives to provide a safe and stable service; however, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues or third parties. The platform is not liable for any losses incurred in games due to internet disconnection or device issues. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services without notice for any reason, though deposited funds will remain protected in such circumstances. Full responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user lies with that user. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the user's account balance under any circumstances.

Account Suspension & Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account without warning if the user violates these terms. Accounts may be immediately closed if fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected. You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

Any dispute relating to these terms will first be addressed through our customer service team. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled via arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings.
